1. Overview

This website is operated by Cleaner BBQs (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing any services from Cleaner BBQs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and purchasers of services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Cleaner BBQs provides on-site barbecue (BBQ) cleaning services only.

  • No physical products are sold or shipped

  • All services are performed at the customer’s provided service address

  • Services are limited strictly to cleaning and cosmetic improvement

  • We do not provide repairs, part replacements, or mechanical servicing

3. Service Area

Our services are available only within designated service areas in Ontario, Canada.

Orders placed outside our service area may be declined or cancelled at our discretion.

4. Booking & Scheduling

  • Services are booked and paid for through our Shopify website

  • Appointments may be scheduled during checkout or confirmed after purchase

  • Service dates and time windows are subject to availability

Cleaner BBQs reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Equipment issues

  • Inaccessible, unsafe, or unsuitable service locations

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure proper service delivery, customers agree to:

  • Provide an accurate and complete service address

  • Ensure clear, safe, and reasonable access to the BBQ at the scheduled time

  • Secure pets and remove obstructions from the service area

  • Ensure the BBQ is cool, not in active use, and safe to clean

If access to the BBQ is not available at the scheduled time, the service may be considered completed or rescheduled at our discretion.

6. Scope of Cleaning & Results Disclaimer

Our BBQ cleaning services are intended to remove grease, carbon buildup, and surface residue to improve cleanliness, safety, and performance.

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Results vary based on the age, condition, and maintenance history of the BBQ

  • We do not guarantee restoration to “like-new” condition

  • We do not remove rust, corrosion, pitting, or structural damage

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn components, or mechanical failures

7. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of service-based work involving scheduling, labour, and operational costs, no refunds will be issued once a service has been booked or performed, except where required by applicable Ontario consumer protection laws.

8. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

  • Full payment is required before service is performed

  • Cleaner BBQs reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from such errors

9. Safety & Right to Refuse Service

Cleaner BBQs reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or terminate service if:

  • The BBQ is unsafe to clean

  • Hazardous conditions are present at the service location

  • The environment poses a risk to our technicians

  • Customer conduct is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Ontario:

  • Cleaner BBQs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

Customers acknowledge that BBQ cleaning involves grease, sharp edges, heat exposure, and mechanical components and assume all reasonable risks associated with the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cleaner BBQs from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Unsafe or undisclosed conditions at the service location

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided during booking

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Cleaner BBQs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

14. Changes to Terms

Cleaner BBQs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this website.
