We do not ship physical products.
All purchases made on this website are for on-site BBQ cleaning services only.

 

Service Area

Our BBQ cleaning services are provided in person at the service address entered during checkout.

Services are available only within our designated service area. If an address falls outside our service area, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

 

Service Delivery & Scheduling

After checkout:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email

  • Our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm or schedule your service appointment
    (or your appointment will be automatically scheduled if you selected a time at checkout)

Services are performed on the scheduled service date at the provided address.

 

Delivery Timeframe

Service fulfillment occurs:

  • On the scheduled appointment date, or

  • Within X business days of purchase (if scheduling is required)

Delays may occur due to weather, access issues, or incomplete customer information.

Access Requirements

To complete the service, customers must ensure:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the BBQ unit

  • The BBQ is located at the service address provided

  • Pets are secured and the area is accessible

If access is not available at the time of service, the appointment may be marked as completed or rescheduled at our discretion.
